How to Add a Customisation to a Ticket

You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Events Admin can access the Event Tickets window.


Run the Product Customisations Report in your Report Server to view a list of customisations for a product.

  1. Log in to your MSL website.
  2. From the Admin dropdown, select Events Admin. The Events Admin window is displayed.
  3. From the list of Events, select the relevant event. The Event Details window is displayed.
  4. Click Tickets. The Event Tickets window is displayed.
  5. Next to the relevant Ticket, click Customisations (). The Ticket Customisations window is displayed.
  6. Click Add New Customisation. The Edit Customisation dialog is displayed.
  7. Select one of the following options and follow that set of instructions only:
    1. Free text customisation
      • In the Label field, enter a label e.g. Accessibility Needs
      • If required, complete the following fields:
        • Help text
        • Required
        • Customisation type
        • Max length
      • Click Save
    2. Limit customisation to a list of options
      • In the Label field, enter a label e.g. Dietary Requirements
      • If required, complete the following fields:
        • Help text
        • Required
        • Customisation type
      • In the Values section, in the Predefined Values field, enter the options, one per line
      • Select Limit to this list.
      • Click Save.
  8. You are returned to the Ticket Customisations window.
