Event Reports provide detailed information about the events you are running, whether you need information about your ticket sales, ticket holders, or event attendance. You can use these reports to prepare in advance for your events and predict demand for similar, future events.
Used alongside the Door Entry & Venue Management module, you can also use these reports to identify the peak times of attendance at your events, check out the demographic information of your attendees, and access logs from Door Entry in order to, for example, demonstrate compliance with venue codes of conduct.

You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Events Admin can access the Event Reports window.
You will need the Door Entry & Venue Management module to access some of the reports covered on this page.

Event Reports Descriptions
All Event Reports can be viewed on the Event Reports window, or downloaded as either an Excel or PDF file.

| Report Name | Definition |

| Ticket Holders | This report produces a list of users who have purchased tickets for the event. The fields include their ID number if present and the date and time of purchase. It also displays an under-18 indicator provided the date of birth is known. |
| Door Entry Log | This report includes a full record of entrances and exits. Use this report to find out exactly when an attendee arrived at the event. This report is only available with the Door Entry & Venue Management module. |
| Door Entry Photo Log | This report includes a full record of entrances and exits, including photos taken at the event if the Photo ID required field was enabled. This report is only available with the Door Entry & Venue Management module. |
| Attendance | This report includes a detailed breakdown of the entrance pattern over the event with entries and exits per hour. It also includes a breakdown of the year of study information. This report is only available with the Door Entry & Venue Management module. |
| Attendance Demographics | This report produces a summary of the University data demographic information for the event's attendees. This report is only available with the Door Entry & Venue Management module. |
