How to Conduct a FPTP Election Count

You can access this feature from your MSL Admin site. Only Super Admins with Election Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Election Counts window.

The Count Details window on the MSL System is the same for both FPTP and STV voting systems, however, when you run a FPTP count you only need to elect the candidate(s) with the highest number of votes. You do not need to transfer any papers or surplus votes.

If a candidate is ready to be elected, the word Elect is displayed alongside their name on the Count Details window.
