Attendance Reports

The Attendance Report includes a full record of entrances, exits and check-ins using the Attendance station, or Session QR code scanning. This report can be used to find out exactly when an attendee arrived and/or left a location, making it easy to see who was in the location at any one time.

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Door Entry Supervisors, Event Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Attendance Reports window.


You will need the Attendance module installed on your MSL System to access this feature.

Attendance Report Fields

This table lists and explains the fields in the Attendance Report.


Field NameDefinition
LocationThis is the name of the Location where Attendance has been recorded.
Date/timeThis is the date and time the entrance or exit has been recorded.
Record typeThis is the type of Attendance registered. The options are
  • Entry - Recorded on the Attendance station
  • Exit - Recorded on the Attendance station
  • WebCheckIn - Recorded by scanning the Session QR code. For further information, see How to Get the QR Code for a Session.
Entry pointThis is the name of the Entry Point at the location where Attendance has been recorded.
IdentifierThis is the attendee's ID number, usually the University card number linked to their account.
Last nameThis is the attendee's last name.
First nameThis is the attendee's first name.
Phone numberThis is the attendee's phone number. This is either the phone number linked to their account or a phone number entered by the user during their check-in.
