How to Remove an Event from an Attendee Group

You can access this feature from both your MSL website and your MSL Admin site. Only Content Editors with access to Events Admin can access an Event's Attendee Groups window on your MSL website. Only Super Admins with Event Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Attendee Groups window in your MSL Admin site.

How to Remove an Event from an Attendee Group via the MSL System Admin site

  1. Log in to your MSL Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
  2. From the Home menu, select Events. The Events submenu is displayed.
  3. From the Events submenu, select Attendee Groups. The Attendee Groups window is displayed.
  4. Click the relevant Group linkfield to display the Edit Attendee Group window.
  5. Select one of the following options and follow that set of instructions only:
    1. Remove a single event
      • In the Included events field, from the list of events, select the relevant event.
      • Click Remove. The event is removed from the list of Included events.
    2. Remove multiple events
      • Press and hold the Ctrl key. While holding Ctrl, select each event you want to remove from the Attendee Group. Alternatively, to select a block of events, press and hold the Ctrl+Shift keys, and select the first and last event in the list you want to remove from the Attendee Group.
      • Click Remove. The events are removed from the list of Included events.

How to Remove an Event from an Attendee Group via Events Admin

  1. Log in to your MSL website.
  2. From the Admin dropdown, select Events Admin. The Events Admin window is displayed.
  3. From the list of Events, select the relevant event. The Event Details window is displayed.
  4. Click Door Entry, then click Attendee Groups. The Attendee Groups window is displayed.
  5. In the Groups section, deselect the Attendee Group checkbox(es) for the group(s) you want to remove from the event.
  6. Click Update. A confirmation message is displayed.
