How to Refresh an Attendee Group's Membership

You can access this feature from both your MSL website and your MSL System Admin site. Only Content Editors with access to Events Admin can access an Event's Attendee Groups window on your MSL website. Only Super Admins with Event Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Attendee Groups window in your MSL System Admin site.


Attendee Groups are populated overnight with attendees from any linked events. If you add new groups or link new events, you can force an update by clicking Refresh. For further information, see How to Create a New Attendee Group and How to Add an Event to an Attendee Group.

How to Refresh an Attendee Group's Membership via the MSL System Admin site

  1. Log in to your MSL System Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
  2. From the Home menu, select Events. The Events submenu is displayed.
  3. From the Events submenu, select Attendee Groups. The Attendee Groups window is displayed.
  4. From the list of Attendee Groups, next to the relevant Group, click Refresh ().
  5. A confirmation message is displayed, and the group's member count is updated.

How to Refresh an Attendee Group's Membership via Events Admin

  1. Log in to your MSL website.
  2. From the Admin dropdown, select Events Admin. The Events Admin window is displayed.
  3. From the list of Events, select the relevant event. The Event Details window is displayed.
  4. Click Door Entry, then click Attendee Groups. The Attendee Groups window is displayed.
  5. In the Groups section, from the list of Attendee Groups, next to the relevant Group, click Refresh ().
  6. A confirmation message is displayed.
