How to Set Up the Seating Plan

You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Events Admin can access the Seating Plan windows.

  1. Log in to your MSL website.
  2. From the Admin dropdown, select Events Admin. The Events Admin window is displayed.
  3. From the list of Events, select the relevant event. The Event Details window is displayed.

  4. Click Seating Plan. The Edit Event Seating Plan window is displayed.

  5. In the Date period field, click the Calendar icon () and from the date picker, select from and to dates. Enter the corresponding times e.g. 13:00.

  6. If required, complete the Notes field.

  7. Select the checkboxes alongside the following fields, as required:

    • Use transaction reference number

    • Use Anonymous Mode

  8. Click Create seating plan. Further sections are displayed, where you can add tables, and menu options and populate the seating plan with tickets.
