How to Add a Customisation to a Ticket via Organisation Admin tools

You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Organisation Admins with permissions to create events can access the Customisations window.


The Customisations window is enabled on request. If the Customisations window isn't installed on your MSL System, contact support@ukmsl.com to configure it for you.


Run the Customisations report in the Sales Reports window to view any Customisation submissions. Only Organisation Admins with permissions to view reports can access the Sales Reports window.

  1. Log in to your MSL website.
  2. From the Admin dropdown, select the Group Name e.g. Tabletop Gaming Society or Jiu Jitsu. The Organisation Admin Tools window is displayed.
  3. Click Tickets. The Tickets window is displayed showing a list of upcoming Events and any Tickets added.
  4. Next to the relevant Ticket, click Edit Customisations (). The Customisations window is displayed.
  5. Click Add New Customisation. The Edit Customisation dialog is displayed.
  6. Select one of the following options and follow that set of instructions only:
    1. Free text customisation
      • In the Label field, enter a label e.g. Accessibility Needs
      • If required, complete the following fields:
        • Help text
        • Required
        • Customisation type
        • Max length
      • Click Save
    2. Limit customisation to a list of options
      • In the Label field, enter a label e.g. Dietary Requirements
      • If required, complete the following fields:
        • Help text
        • Required
        • Customisation type
      • In the Values section, in the Predefined Values field, enter the options, one per line
      • Select Limit to this list.
      • Click Save.
  7. You are returned to the Customisations window.
