You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Elections Admin can access the Election Messages window.
Only posts with approved non-RON candidates are listed.
Before you proceed, if there are no requirements on one of your Election posts, the MSL System will assume that anyone with an account in your MSL System could be an eligible voter. Ensure the requirements are set correctly on your posts and that you check the number of estimated recipients before you send the message. For further information, see How to Add a Requirement to a Post.
If a voter has not voted for every post in the Election, if you compose a Non-Voters message and select all posts, any voter who hasn't voted for every post will be included. If you only want to message users who haven't cast a single vote in the Election, see Election Groups.
For further information, see Election Messages.
