How to Edit a Referendum Motion

You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Referenda Admin can access the Referendum Admin window.

Once saved, you cannot edit the Choice Type or Choice Order fields.

If you have changed the Title of the motion, you will need to update the 'motion group' names manually, in the MSL System Admin site.

1. Log in to your MSL website.
2. From the Admin dropdown, select Referenda Admin. The Referenda Admin window is displayed. 
3. Next to the relevant Referendum, click Edit Motions. The Motions window is displayed.
4. Click the Title linkfield of the relevant motion. The Edit Motion window is displayed.
5. Update the fields as required.
6. Click Save.
