You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Ideas Admin, Organisation Admins with permissions to edit idea areas, or users who have been made an Idea Area Admin can Manage Ideas.
Before proceeding, changing an Idea's Status can affect its visibility, depending on how you have configured the Idea List widget. For further information, see Ideas Widgets.

- Log in to your MSL website.
- Navigate to the relevant Idea List window. From the list of Ideas, locate the relevant idea.
- Click Edit. The Edit Idea window is displayed.
- In the Status section, from the Status dropdown, select an option.
- Click Submit. You are returned to the Idea window.
