How to Enable and Personalise the Forum Topic Subscription Notification

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Site Admins permissions can create and make changes to System Email Templates.

The Body field supports HTML.

1. Log in to your MSL System Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
2. From the Home menu, select System Setup. The System Setup submenu is displayed.
3. From the System Setup submenu, select Email Templates. The Email Templates window is displayed.
4. In the Template Name field, enter ForumTopicSubscriptionNotification.
5. Select the This Is A System Template checkbox.
6. Complete the From field.
7. From the Priority dropdown, select an option.
8. Complete the Subject field.
9. In the Body field:
   • Enter your message
   • Add Tokens to insert pre-set forum information such as {FORUMTITLE} or {POSTID} to your message
10. Click Save.
