You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Events Admin can access the Event Tickets window.

Currently, the option to arrange the order of your tickets on the event page is not available. If a specific order for your tickets is required, you have the option to add multiple product widgets onto a single webpage, allowing you to achieve the desired ticket display order.
