QR Scan

QR code scanning is a process where a mobile device, like a smartphone or a tablet, is used to scan a QR code. A QR code is a two-dimensional barcode that can store various types of information, including text, URLs, contact details, and more.

On StudentLink, use QR codes for quick access to relevant content. For example, users can scan a QR code to reach an article or event details without the hassle. You can also use QR codes at welcome fairs – print and display them on your student group stalls to make it easier for new members to purchase their memberships through the app.

You can access this feature from your MSL website.

Remember to add the QR Scan item to your StudentLink menu so your users can scan QR codes on your StudentLink app. For further information, see How to Add a New Item to a Menu Section.
