Once you've adjusted the /surveys/ page visibility settings, you don't need to do it again. After updating the survey's response type, you can share a direct link to the survey, i.e. https://[domainname]/surveys/[shortname]/ or display it on a page using the Survey Widget. How to Change a Survey's Response Type to Multiple With Anonymous
You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Survey Admin and Organisation Admins with permissions to edit surveys can access the Edit Survey window.
- Log in to your MSL website.
- From the Admin dropdown, select Survey Admin. The Survey Admin window is displayed.
- From the list of Surveys, select the relevant survey. The Edit Survey window is displayed.
- In the Details section, from the Response Type dropdown, select MultipleWithAnonymous.
- Click Save.
How to Edit the Survey Display Page Visibility Settings
You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Website Admin can access the Website Pages window.
- Log in to your MSL website.
- From the Admin dropdown, select Website Admin. The Website Admin window is displayed.
- Click Edit Pages. The Website Pages window with a list of website pages you have permission to edit is displayed.
- Next to the /surveys/ page, select the checkbox and click Edit. The Edit Page window is displayed.
- Select Properties. The Page Properties window is displayed.
- In the Security section, in the Restrict Viewing The Page To field, select Anyone.
- Click Save. A confirmation message is displayed.
