How to Delete a Phone Number

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Memberships Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the SMS Delivery window.

1. Log in to your MSL System Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
2. From the Home menu, select Messaging. The Messaging submenu is displayed.
3. Select SMS Delivery. The SMS Delivery window is displayed.
4. In the Unsubscribe Phone Number field, enter the relevant phone number.
5. Select the Delete Number checkbox.
6. Click Unsubscribe. A confirmation log is displayed.
