How to Unsubscribe an Email Address

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Email Delivery window.

1. Log in to your MSL System Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
2. From the Home menu, select Messaging. The Messaging submenu is displayed.
3. Select Email Delivery. The Email Delivery window is displayed.
4. In the Unsubscribe Email Address field, enter the relevant email address.
5. Click Unsubscribe. A confirmation log is displayed.
