MSL can adjust the rate at which messages are sent from your MSL System if necessary. In case of error reports related to message rates, MSL will contact your Contractual System Administrators who should work with your IT team for resolution.
MSL has the capability to change the following:
- The maximum number of SMTP connections.
- The maximum number of messages per connection.
- The maximum number of messages the MSL System should send per minute.
Additionally, be aware that other adjustments may be necessary based on the specific mail system used by the client. This ensures optimal message delivery rates and system performance.
