The Contact Info window is where super admins view, update, and manage user's contact details such as email addresses, phone numbers, and postal addresses, ensuring accuracy for communication with the MSL System. Usually, users set this information during registration or via the University data feed, but manual updates are also possible. Contact support@ukmsl.com for bulk updates to user contacts.

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Person Contact Info window.

Contact Info Fields
This table lists and explains the fields on the Contact Info window.
Field Name | Definition |

Contact Type | Categorise contact information based on its purpose. These distinctions help manage communication by directing it appropriately at the relevant time of year. The options are:

Set as Default | When selected, the contact type becomes the default option for reporting and communication within the MSL System. This field is displayed only in the Add Email Address, Add Phone Number and Add Postal Address dialogs. |
Override Confirmation | When an email address is added, an email is sent to that address so that it can be verified. When Override Confirmation is selected, the user won't receive an email confirmation to verify their email address, allowing immediate contact. This field is displayed only in the Add Email Address dialog. |
Edit Contact () | Click to Edit the relevant contact type. This field is displayed only in the Contact Info window. |
Delete () | Click to Delete the relevant contact type. This field is displayed only in the Contact Info window. |
