A Person Property in the MSL System refers to a custom field linked to a user. These attributes may include a secondary membership card number, flags like accessibility requirements, or other pertinent details unique to the individual. Person properties can be helpful for user management and providing your members with a personalised experience.
You can optionally display Person Properties to a user through the Person Property widget and allow your users to edit them using the Edit Person Property widget, if required.

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admin permissions can access the Person Properties window.
Person Properties can be manually created, or they can be automatically generated by the system, such as when a product is purchased or a survey is completed. Contact support@ukmsl.com to discuss your requirements.
Run the Person Properties report in your Report Server to view a list of users alongside their properties.

| Name | This field refers to the attribute itself. For example, if you're creating a property for a secondary membership card number, the Name field could be Membership Number. There is a character limit of 100 characters. This field is case sensitive. |
| Value | This field is the specific information associated with that attribute for a particular user. If you're creating a property for a secondary membership card number, the Value field would be the user's membership card number, for example, 12345678. There is a character limit of 100 characters. |
