In the Possible Duplicate People window, you'll see a list of accounts flagged as potential duplicates because of similar names. If you confirm they are duplicates, use the Merge People window to combine them into one record. For further information, see Merge People.
Users in the Possible Duplicate People list can log in with their credentials on either account, but merging ensures that all the user's relevant information, like memberships, transactions, and tickets, is stored under one account. This reduces confusion for users and administrators and keeps a complete and accurate record of each user's activities in your MSL System.
