How to Add an Email Address for a Person

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Person Contact Info window.

  1. Log in to your MSL System Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
  2. From the Home menu, select People. The People submenu is displayed.
  3. In the Search For People section, enter the Person ID, Card Number, Email Address or Name of the user. Click Search. A list of People is displayed.
  4. Click to select the relevant Person. The Person menu is displayed.
  5. Select Contact Info. The Contact Info window is displayed for the relevant user.
  6. In the Email Addresses section, click Add Email Address. The Add Email Address dialog is displayed.
  7. From the Contact Type dropdown, select an option.
  8. In the Email Address field, enter the user's email address.
  9. If required, select the following checkboxes:
    • Set as Default
    • Override Confirmation
  10. Click Add. You are returned to the Contact Info window.
