How to Add a Person's Card Number to the Block List

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Person Details window.


Before attempting to delete a person, ensure that all associated memberships, both current and expired, are deleted. For further information, see How to Delete a Person's Memberships


If a person has associated transactions or other data such as election voting records, deletion is not possible. In such cases, contact support@ukmsl.com with the person ID to request deletion.


You can also block a card number via the Block List window within the Import section of the MSL System Admin site. Once added to the block list, the record linked to that card number will no longer be imported through the regular data import process. For further information, see Block List.

  1. Log in to your MSL System Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
  2. From the Home menu, select People. The People submenu is displayed.
  3. In the Search for People section, in the search box, enter the relevant Person ID, Card Number, Name or Email Address and click Search. A matching user or list of users is displayed.
  4. Click on the name of the relevant Person. The Person menu is displayed.
  5. Click Details. The Person Details window is displayed.
  6. Click Delete. A confirmation dialog is displayed.
  7. Select the Add Card Number to Block List? checkbox and click Delete Person. A confirmation message is displayed.
