How to Resolve a Duplicate Account

You can access this feature from your MSL Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Duplicates window.

  1. Log in to your MSL Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
  2. From the Home menu, select Import. The Import submenu is displayed.
  3. From the Import submenu, select Duplicates. The Duplicates window is displayed.
  4. Select the relevant Card Number from the ID/ Card Number column. The Select Duplicate window is displayed.
  5. In the Matches in Duplicates Table section, select the currentprimary Card Number from the ID/ Card Number column. The selected record is moved to Pending Data for your attention, and the record from the unselected row is added to the Block List. You are returned to the Duplicates window.
