You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Check Card Status window.
You can access the Check Card Status feature either from the Check Card Status section in the Import window or by selecting Check Card Status from the University Data submenu.

- Log in to your MSL System Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
- From the Home menu, select University Data. The University Data submenu is displayed.
- From the University Data submenu, select Check Card Status. The Check Card Status window is displayed.
- In the Enter ID/Card Number search box, enter the relevant card number and click Search. The account status associated with the provided card number is displayed. For further information about the displayed status messages, see Check Card Status.
