Only MSL can access the Clear Pending Data field. When clicked, this action clears the list of Pending Data. The list will be repopulated overnight when the automatic import process runs.

This feature does not merge accounts held in Pending Data in bulk. To resolve an account in Pending Data, see How to Import an Account in Pending Data. If you have many records in Pending Data, contact support@ukmsl.com to arrange a bulk merge. Note that this merge is for clear matches where the first name, last name, and date of birth are an exact match. Manual handling will be required for any users remaining in Pending Data.
