How to Set Up an Account Not Matched Page

If one of your members is taken to the "Account Not Matched" page following an SSO login, it indicates that their SSO output doesn't match an account in your MSL system. In these situations, we suggest adding explanatory text to the page, guiding students to contact you, enabling you to check their card status and help diagnose their login issue.

You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Website Admin can access the Website Pages window.

If you're unsure about what text to include on the page, check out our example text or visit the same page on other MSL customer websites for inspiration.
