If one of your members is taken to the "Account Not Matched" page following an SSO login, it indicates that their SSO output doesn't match an account in your MSL system. In these situations, we suggest adding explanatory text to the page, guiding students to contact you, enabling you to check their card status and help diagnose their login issue.

You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Website Admin can access the Website Pages window.

- Log in to your MSL website.
- From the Admin dropdown, select Website Admin. The Website Admin window is displayed.
- Click Edit Pages. The Website Pages window with a list of website pages you have permission to edit is displayed.
- Next to the /account/ page, click Expand () to display the contents of the node, and select the checkbox next to the /account/notmatched/ page.
- Click Edit. The Edit Page window is displayed.
- In the WYSIWYG Editor, enter your content and use the editor toolbar to format your text, add images, links etc.
- Select the Save/Exit tab. The Save Options section is displayed.
- In the Update Notes field, enter any relevant notes, then click Publish. You are returned to the Edit Page window.
