How to Reactivate an Expired Membership

You can access this feature from the MSL Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Group Memberships window.

  1. Log in to your MSL Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.

  2. From the Home menu, select Groups. The Groups submenu is displayed.

  3. In the Search for groups section, either:
    1. Enter the Group Name or Group ID. Click Search. A list of Groups is displayed.
    2. Filter using one or more of the fields:
      • From the Organisation dropdowns, select an option
      • From the Membership dropdowns, select an option
  4. Click to select the relevant Group. The Group’s configuration menu is displayed.
  5. From the Group's configuration menu, select Memberships. The Memberships window is displayed.
  6. Click + Filters to reveal the filter options, then from the Membership Status dropdown, select Expired. The filtered list of members is displayed.
  7. Select the checkbox(es) next to the relevant membership(s), then click Reactivate. A confirmation dialog is displayed.
  8.  In the Expiry Date field, select a date from the date picker if required, then click Apply. A Results dialog is displayed.
