The User Accounts window for a group lets you efficiently manage the website accounts of all group members. Through this window, you can perform bulk actions such as sending password reminders or registration invitations to multiple users.
The Password Reset window allows you to send a password reminder to every member of the group simultaneously, ensuring they can quickly regain access if needed.
The Registration Invitation window offers even more flexibility by enabling you to send registration invitations to all group members in one go. You can customise various settings; for example, you can personalise the message text, specify the type of username, and set an expiration date for the registration link. Additionally, you can choose a specific landing page for the invitation, which is useful if you're directing the group to take a specific action, such as voting in an election. This feature is valuable for streamlining bulk actions when your site does not have an SSO (Single Sign-On) login system. By using these bulk management features, you can save users from the need to register individually through a registration page, making the process more efficient.
