How to Add an Idea Area Admin

You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Ideas Admin can access the Edit Area window.

  1. Log in to your MSL website.
  2. From the Admin dropdown, select Ideas Admin. The Ideas Admin window is displayed.
  3. From the list of Areas, select the relevant area. The Edit Area window is displayed.
  4. In the Admins section, in the search box, enter the Person ID, Card Number, or Name of the user and click Find Person. A matching user or list of users is displayed.
  5. Next to the relevant user, click Select.
  6. Click Add. The user is added to the list of Admins for the selected Idea Area.
