You can access this feature from the MSL Customer Portal.
If you don’t receive a password reset email, it could be because you don’t have an account or you’re using the wrong email address. To create an account, see How to Register an Account for the Customer Portal.
We are updating our support articles and transferring them from our older Knowledge Base at https://knowledge.ukmsl.com to the new Customer Portal. - Navigate to MSL's Customer Portal at https://support.ukmsl.com/support/home/.
- Click Login. The Login window is displayed.
- In the Login to the Support Portal section, click Forgot Your Password. The Forgot Password window is displayed.
Enter the email address associated with your account. This should be your organisational email address, not a generic one such as Outlook, Gmail, or Hotmail.
Click Reset My Password. An email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the provided address.
Click the link in the email. The Change Password window is displayed.
Complete the Enter Password and Retype Password fields, then click Update and Log In. The Customer Portal's homepage is displayed.
