How to View and Filter the Events List in Events Admin

You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Events Admin can access the Events Admin window.


The default display in Events Admin lists events with a start date up to one month from today. To find an event with a start date later than that, click Filter list.

  1. Log in to your MSL website.
  2. From the Admin dropdown, select Events Admin. The Events Admin window with a list of all upcoming events is displayed.
  3. To find an individual event, click Filter list. The Filters dialog is displayed.
  4. Filter using one or more of the fields:
    • In the Event name field, type the name or first word of the event
    • From the Organisation dropdown, select an option 
    • In the Dates field, click the Calendar icon () and from the date picker, select a date
    • Select one or more checkboxes from Event types
    • Select one or more checkboxes from Brands 
  5. Click Apply filter. The filtered Event List is displayed.
  6. If required, click Clear filter to remove the filter and return to the default Events Admin list view.
