You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Survey Admin and Organisation Admins with permissions to edit surveys can access the Questions window.
If the selected Question Type is Dropdown List, Radio Button List, Checkbox List, Slider, Radio Button List (Horizontal) or Checkbox List (Horizontal), the ability to add options will only appear once the question has been saved.

- Log in to your MSL website.
- From the Admin dropdown, select Survey Admin. The Survey Admin window is displayed.
- Next to the relevant survey, click Edit Questions (
). The Questions window is displayed.
- Click Add new question. The Question Details window is displayed.
- From the Section dropdown, select an option.
- Complete the following mandatory fields:
- Question
- Label
- From the Type dropdown, select an option.
- In the Content field, enter any relevant text, if required, and use the editor toolbar to format your text, add images, videos, links etc.
- Complete the remaining fields as required.
- Click Save. A confirmation is displayed.
- If you selected Dropdown List, Radio Button List, Checkbox List, Slider, Radio Button List (Horizontal) or Checkbox List (Horizontal) from the Type dropdown, the Options section is displayed. Select one of the following options and follow that set of instructions:
- Add Option:
- In the Option Text field, enter an option
- Select the Default option? checkbox, if required
- If applicable, from the Section redirect dropdown, select an option
- Click Save. You are returned to the Question Details window
- Add Multiple Options:
- Enter a list of options, one per line
- If applicable, from the Section redirect dropdown, select an option
- Click Add. You are returned to the Question Details window
