How to Add Question Options

You can access this feature from your MSL website. Only Content Editors with access to Survey Admin and Organisation Admins with permissions to edit surveys can access the Question Details window.

  1. Log in to your MSL website.
  2. From the Admin dropdown, select Survey Admin. The Survey Admin window is displayed.
  3. Next to the relevant survey, click Edit Questions (). The Questions window is displayed.
  4. To edit a question, click the relevant Question linkfield. The Question Details window is displayed.
  5. In the Options section, select one of the following options and follow that set of instructions:
    1. Add Option:
      • In the Option Text field, enter an option
      • Select the Default option? checkbox, if required
      • If applicable, from the Section redirect dropdown, select an option
      • Click Save. You are returned to the Question Details window
    2. Add Multiple Options:
      • Enter a list of options, one per line
      • If applicable, from the Section redirect dropdown, select an option
      • Click Add. You are returned to the Question Details window
