All non-system emails include an automatic unsubscribe link. Users can opt out of further communication from the sender organisation by clicking the provided Unsubscribe from all email communications sent by [Organisation Name] link in the email.
If a user opts out of email communication from the sender organisation, their contact options are updated, but they can choose to opt back in at any time.
