The University Details window allows you to view or update the user's University card number. It's useful for getting a summary of all the imported data parameter values for a user, and the last time they were included in your University's data file. You can also link a card number to a student record if, for instance, the card number was removed when the account was merged with another one for the user.

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Person's University Details window.
MSL recommends avoiding manual changes to a user's card number, particularly if you receive card number details via a data file, unless absolutely necessary.

This table lists and explains the fields on the University Details window.

| Card Number | This field is populated with the student number assigned to the user by the university or other parent institution. |
| Created On | This is the date when the card number was initially imported into the MSL System. |
| Last Imported | This is the date when the card number was last imported from the university data file. If the field displays (Never Imported), it indicates that the card number has been linked with the user's account manually by an admin or by the user via a registration page, however, the card number has not been included in the university data file before. |
