The Profile window consolidates key information about the selected user into sections. It includes details like contact information, membership status, purchase history, as well as records of election and referenda voting. This repository makes the process of troubleshooting account-related issues easier, providing a one-stop solution for efficient problem resolution.

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Person Profile window.
Profile Sections
This table lists and describes the sections on the Person Profile window.

| Personal Details | This section contains personal information about an user, including their name, date of birth, and details regarding when their account was initially created and last edited. For further information, see Person Details. |
| University Information | This section provides the user's University-related information, including their card number, RFID details, along with other relevant data parameter values like their year of study and faculty name. It includes information about data import activities, such as the initial appearance of their records and the most recent updates and imports. For further information, see University Details. |
| Website Account | This section displays the user's ID along with the date and time of their last login. For further information, see Website Account. |
| SSO Account Links | This section displays the provider name along with the corresponding provider user ID and university user ID. For further information, see Website Account. |
| Current Memberships | This section lists the user's current memberships, with clickable links that directly lead to the respective organisations or groups they are a member of. Display expired memberships on the Profile window by selecting the Show Expired Memberships checkbox. For further information, see Person Memberships. |
| Email Addresses | This section lists the user's email addresses along with their contact type and whether it's the default contact option or not. For further information, see Contact Information. |

| Election Voting Records | This section provides a list of elections in which the user has participated. It includes the post voted for, date and time of voting, the device used (website, mobile app, or polling station), and the corresponding IP address. |
| Referendum Voting Records | This section provides a list of referenda in which the user has participated. It includes the motion voted for, date and time of voting, the device used (website, mobile app, or polling station), and the corresponding IP address. |
