How to Send a Registration Invite to a Person

You can access this feature from your MSL System Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Website Account window.

Before proceeding, do not to alter the URLs or parameters within the curly brackets {} when modifying the Registration Invitation message.

  1. Log in to your MSL System Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
  2. From the Home menu, select People. The People submenu is displayed.
  3. In the Search for People section, in the search box, enter the relevant Person ID, Card Number, Name or Email Address and click Search. A matching user or list of users is displayed.
  4. Click on the name of the relevant Person. The Person menu is displayed.
  5. Click Website. The Website Account window is displayed, showing any User Accounts.
  6. Click Send Invite. The Registration Invitation dialog is displayed.
  7. If required, from the Email Address field, select an option.
  8. Update the following fields, if required:
    • Subject
    • Message
  9. If required, from the Username field, select an option.
  10. In the Expires field, from the date picker, select a date.
  11. In the Welcome Page field, if required, enter a relative URL of a page on your MSL website.
  12. Select the following checkboxes, as needed:
    • Allow User to Change Username
    • Automatically Log In on Completion
  13. Click OK. You are returned to the Website Account window, and a confirmation message is displayed.
