How to Delete a Person's Website Account

You can access this feature from your MSL Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Website Account window.

This applies only to account types with MSL login credentials. For SSO account types, once the SSO ID has been set up, it remains in place indefinitely. Contact to discuss the deletion of SSO IDs from website accounts.

Deleting a Website Account removes a user's login credentials but does not delete their record in your system. To delete a user from your MSL System, see How to Delete a Person.

  1. Log in to your MSL System Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
  2. From the Home menu, select People. The People submenu is displayed.
  3. In the Search for People section, in the search box, enter the relevant Person ID, Card Number, Name or Email Address and click Search. A matching user or list of users is displayed.
  4. Click on the name of the relevant Person. The Person menu is displayed.
  5. Click Website. The Website Account window is displayed.
  6. Click Delete Account. A Delete Account dialog is displayed.
  7. Click Yes, Delete the Account. You are returned to the Website Account window and a confirmation message is displayed.
