How to Reset Connection Preferences for Applications

You can access this feature from your MSL Admin site. Only Super Admins can access the Applications submenu.


Your ClickOnce preference is stored in a cookie. If you need to change it, clicking "Reset" will erase the cookie and refresh the page, giving you a fresh start to launch the application again.

  1. Log in to your MSL Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
  2. From the Home menu, select Applications. The Applications submenu is displayed.
  3. In the Reset Preferences section, click Reset. The relevant ClickOnce dialog is displayed.
