You can access this feature from the MSL Admin site. Only Super Admins with Membership Admins or Site Admins permissions can access the Registration Invitation window.
To update the default Registration Invitation message, see System Email Templates.
Before proceeding, do not to alter the URLs or parameters within the curly brackets {} when modifying the Registration Invitation message.

Log in to your MSL Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
From the Home menu, select Groups. The Groups submenu is displayed.
- In the Search for groups section, either:
- Enter the Group Name or Group ID. Click Search. A list of Groups is displayed.
- Filter using one or more of the fields:
- From the Organisation dropdowns, select an option
- From the Membership dropdowns, select an option
- Click to select the relevant Group. The Group’s configuration menu is displayed.
- From the Group's configuration menu, select User Accounts. The User Accounts submenu is displayed.
- From the User Accounts submenu, select Registration Invitation. The Group Registration Invitation window is displayed.
- Update the Subject field, if required.
- In the Message field, update the content if applicable, but do not alter the URLs or parameters within the curly brackets {}.
- From the Username dropdown, select an option:
- CardNumber
- EmailPrefix
- EmailAddress
- UniversityUserName
- In the Expires field, select a date from the date picker.
- In the Welcome Page field, optionally set a different registration landing page.
- Select the relevant checkboxes:
- Allow user to change username
- Include users with existing accounts
- Automatically log in on completion
- Click OK. A confirmation dialog is displayed.
- Click Send. The Registration Invitation Summary dialog is displayed.
