You can access this feature from your MSL Admin site. Only Super Admins can access the MSL Admin site.
Please note that your login for your MSL Admin site is seperate from your website login. For further information, see How to Log In to Your MSL Website.
Before logging into your MSL Admin site, you'll need a username and password. Look for an email with the subject starting with "New MSL Admin site account for..." or "New Admin Website account for...".
If you haven't received one, ask your Contractual System Admin to check if you have an account and to submit a request for one if needed.
If you see a "Login failed" error message, your username and/or password is incorrect. If it says "Access is denied", you are trying to access the wrong MSL Admin site. Double-check your MSL Admin site URL.
Your password is case-sensitive. If copying from an email, ensure you don't accidentally include extra characters or spaces.

- On your device, open your web browser.
- In the address bar, type in the URL for your MSL Admin site. The format is https://[domainname]/msl/, where you replace [domainname] with your organisation's web address. For example, if your organisation's web address was "example.com", your URL would be: example.com/msl/
- Press Enter on your keyboard. The MSL Admin site Login window is displayed, with your organisation's name listed above the Username and Password fields.
- Complete the Username and Password fields. If you copy and paste your password from an email, please double-check you're not accidentally copying in any extra characters or spaces.
- Click Log In. The Home menu is displayed.
