How to Change Your MSL Admin Site Password

You can access this feature from your MSL Admin site. Only Super Admins can access the MSL Admin site.

An MSL Admin site password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Because of the amount of data in your MSL Admin site, it's strongly advised to choose a secure password.

Before proceeding, if you've received or changed your MSL Admin site password recently, wait 24 hours before resetting it again. For urgent password changes, contact support@ukmsl.com.

If the message "Password changing is not allowed" is displayed, contact support@ukmsl.com for a password reset. Get in touch with your Contractual System Admin to update your account settings, enabling you to change your password yourself in the future.

For further information, see Accessing and Navigating Your MSL Admin Site.

  1. Log in to your MSL Admin site at https://[domainname]/msl/. The Home menu is displayed.
  2. From the Home menu, click User Actions () in the top right corner. The User Actions submenu is displayed.

  4. In the Change Passwordsection, complete the following fields:
