How to Log In to Your MSL Website

You can access this feature from your MSL website.

Before logging into your MSL website, you'll need a username and password. You may log in with MSL login credentials or via SSO (Single Sign-On), depending on your setup.
If you're not sure whether you have an account, reach out to your Contractual System Admin who can check if an account exists and create one if necessary.

If you see a "Your username or password were incorrect. Please check them and try again." error message, it means your username and/or password is incorrect. Make sure you're using the right login option - guest login or similar for MSL login credentials or Single Sign-On for external SSO credentials.

Your password is case-sensitive. If you've forgotten your password, see How to Reset Your MSL Website Password. This option is for accounts with MSL login credentials only. For accounts linked to external SSO login credentials, you'll need to reset your password through the University or the parent institution's website or portal.
