How to Reset Your MSL Website Password

You can access this feature from your MSL website.

The password reset option is for an account type with MSL login credentials, not for external SSO login credentials, which requires resetting through the University or other parent institution's website or portal.

Logged-in users can also change their MSL website password on the Account page, accessible from the User Control Panel dropdown or directly at https://[domainname]/account/.

If you don't receive a reset password email, you might not have an account, or your email address may be different from the one you entered. Contact your Contractual System Admin to reset your password for you.
