How to Navigate the Customer Portal

You can access this feature from the MSL Customer Portal.

We are updating our support articles and transferring them from our older Knowledge Base at https://knowledge.ukmsl.com to the new Customer Portal. Both will be accessible during this transition, and there are separate logins for each. If you need help finding information or deciding which login to use, please contact support@ukmsl.com.

1. Log in to MSL's Customer Portal at https://support.ukmsl.com/support/home/.
2. To navigate to an article, either:
   1. Search Articles and Discussions
      • In the Search Articles and Discussions... search box, enter your search term.
      • Either:
        1. Select the relevant article from the dropdown list.
        2. Click Search to display the Search Results window and select the appropriate article.
   2. Browse the Knowledge Base
      • Click Knowledge Base. The Solution Home menu is displayed, showing a list of support article categories.
      • Click to select the relevant category. Articles within that category are displayed, organised by folder.
      • Select a folder title or click View All to see all articles within a folder, if applicable.
      • Select an article to read the solution.
3. After reading the article, you can:
   • Use the left-hand navigation menu to select another article.
   • Click Previous and Next at the bottom of the article to move between articles in the folder.
   • Click the breadcrumb trail to return to previous pages.
   • Click the MSL logo to go back to the homepage.
