You can access this feature from the MSL Customer Portal.
If you see the message "Email has already been taken", it means you already have an account. To reset your password instead, see How to Reset Your Customer Portal Password.
We are updating our support articles and transferring them from our older Knowledge Base at https://knowledge.ukmsl.com to the new Customer Portal. - Navigate to MSL's Customer Portal at https://support.ukmsl.com/support/home/.
- Click Login. The Login window is displayed.
- In the Login to the Support Portal section, click Sign Up with Us. The Sign Up for Support Portal window is displayed.
Complete the Full Name field.
In the Email field, enter your Organisation email address, rather than a personal email like Gmail, Hotmail, or Outlook.
Complete the reCAPTCHA, then click Register. An activation email will be sent to the provided address.
Click the link in the activation email. The Activate Your Account window is displayed.
Complete the Enter Password and Retype Password fields, then click Activate and Log In. The Customer Portal's homepage is displayed.
