You can access this feature from the MSL Customer Portal.
If you receive the message "The email and password you entered do not match", please double-check your email address and password. If you can’t remember your password, see How to Reset Your Customer Portal Password. If you don’t have an account, see How to Register an Account for the Customer Portal.
We are updating our support articles and transferring them from our older Knowledge Base at https://knowledge.ukmsl.com to the new Customer Portal. - Navigate to MSL's Customer Portal at https://support.ukmsl.com/support/home/.
- Click Login. The Login window is displayed.
- Complete the following fields:
- Your Email Address
- Password
- Optionally, deselect or select the Remember Me on This Computer checkbox.
- Click Login.
